Character Profile: Annabelle

Hey everyone, Peter here! We're back for the fourth character profile for Godshards: The Six Strangers.

Today we have another one of the titular Six Strangers, Annabelle!

Annabelle hails from the Novalands, a place slightly southeast of the Cradlelands and part of the Triad. She is a Shardling, which is a lesser Godshard with only one power and less control over their more passive abilities, such as Soulsight, a trait all Godshards possess that can be used to read the vibes and essences off people and be able to gleam knowledge most mortals would miss.

Annabelle struggles to control this power, especially when dealing with more powerful Godshards or other creatures of similar ability. As a result she is not a part of the Sacerdozio. However she struggles to fit in regular society as well. She has a history of relationship issues since all people see is a tall beautiful woman, not a Shardling with issues of control and the inability to have children.

Annabelle has managed to get by however. Her one ability, the power to heal, has gained her a position at the Order of the Dove, a group of healers and apothecarians. To say nothing of her relationship with Elizabeth. Opposites attract, as the calm, and soft spoken Annabelle has been helping Elizabeth control her temper and impulsiveness, and in turn Elizabeth is encouraging Annabelle to be more confident and assertive.

Annabelle, like Elizabeth, is roped into the conspiracy when Etheros lands in their living room. Despite the odds, Annabelle tries her best to heal him, but he is fading fast.

Will she be able to hold out long enough til Leo and Avella arrive? Or will her issues consume her at last?
